Full cream milk powder
Full cream milk powder is available in regular as well as instant quality. Regular milk powder is made in the traditional way, and tastes creamier because of its compact volume. Instant milk powder has been available since the 1970's and is made in the same way as regular milk powder. Only 0.2% soya oil lecithin is added, ensuring that the powder dissolves quickly even in cold water.

Both products are made from fresh pure homogenized and pasteurized whole cow's milk. The milk is dried using a special spraying process, ensuring that all natural food elements like vitamins, minerals and proteins are preserved. Apart from the soya oil lecithin, which gives instant its special characteristics, no other additives or preservatives have been added.
